We trade in selling residential properties abroad. Our main business takes place in India. We sell apartments, bungalows, plots, land in every part of India. We also sell commercial property from shopping centres to offices to shops and industrial units including factories etc.

We also have a management company which looks after the customers property in India. this includes resale, lettings and general care. We have offices in India.

We are one stop property shop, we arrange all the legal documents and put the client in touch , should they need to with lenders etc.

We have six qualified members of staff in the UK. This include two admin staff. Romi Kanungo manages the agency while Sanj Kanungo heads a team of three who look after the sales. There are two admin staff in the office.

In India we have three offices based in Delhi, Banglore and Mumbai. We have a minimum of five staff members in our Indian office who appoint sub agents in cities and towns to look after the company affairs.

We buy and sell properties in India. The average price of an apartment is about £60,000. These are luxury superior apartments with a club, swimming pools, 24 hour security, gym etc.

The commercial properties we offer can be anything from £75,000 to whatever the client requires.
The plots start from £15,000 and vary depending on the size.

We work strictly on commission basis. We charge 7.5% for lettings, and 3% for acquisition of property. For management, i.e. looking after and managing the property of clients, we have a set monthly fee which is discussed and agreed before we take charge. This fee is dependent on the project involved.

As we are dealing with properties abroad, we are not members of any estate agents but now we have a need to join as we are doing a lot of business. We have just applied to become members of National Association of Estate Agents.
