Martin Drake FRICS is an experienced chartered surveyor with more than 32 years in the industry. He now mainly concentrates on residential building surveys in the area and is the only Fellow of the RICS in practice in Sturminster dealing with surveys in the post code dt10. A local man who grew up in Sturminster Newton, Martin's other areas of practice include property management, DIYSO and other valuations, and general practice. Martin is very 'hands on' and offers a personal and friendly service.

Martin's wife Dee acts as the partnership secretary and deals with many aspects of the day to day running of the business.

Building Survey Fees start at £295 and may range to over £800 depending upon the type, size and age of property. Home Buyers Reports where considered applicable cost less but inevitably provide lesser information. Fees are not subject to vat.
