Peters & Company Solicitors is a young and vibrant firm. We have been trading for just over two years. Currently 10 members of staff. Our staff comprises solicitors and fee earners who are able to deal with all matters professionally. Our team comprises of conveyancing solicitor, immigration solicitor and members of The Law Society Accredited Mental Health Review Tribunal Panel. We also have staff with a wealth of experience in community care law.

Our niche market is in mental health law. Work in this area is publicly funded. Public funding is also available in areas such as welfare benefits and housing. Presently, immigration is for various private paying clients.
We undertake work in the following areas:

-Mental Health: Advocacy, representation at tribunals and other hearings, assistance at CPA meetings and judicial reviews,
-Welfare Benefits,
-Housing.

Public funding is available in mental health law, housing and welfare benefits.

Conveyancing and immigration is for private paying clients. Our fees in these areas are highly competitive.
