We have seven lovely Ladies in the Office, all dedicated to giving the best possible service to you. We have a dedicated Maintenance Manager, Valuer, Negotiator, Inventory / Inspection Clerk, Contracts Secretary and two more for all the administration involved.

We cover an enormously wide area from our base in Knebworth: We have Property in Flamstead, St Albans, Stotfold, London, Letchworth and almost everywhere in between! Given our extensive local knowledge and broad range of advertising media, properties usually take a maximum of 4 weeks from instruction to tenant. It has been known, however, for us to gain an instruction on Friday afternoon and move a tenant in on the following Tuesday!
