We have over 20 years knowledge of the area, indeed one of our partners was born and brought up locally, so when we say we are local agents, we really mean it.

Fees:
We charge a standard fee of 2% + vat for sole agency sales and 3% + vat for multi agency sales.
Our standard letting fees for the landlord are: 11% + vat for our let only service and 16% + vat for our let & manage service.
