The Estate Agents has been established for many years now and looks to aiding the people of Brighouse and the small suburbs surrounding e.g. Rastrick, Hove Edge, Clifton, Central Brighouse, Woodhouse, Elland, Southowram, Bailiff Bridge. We are an independant business and offer a friendly and happy office enviroment with the balance of lang standing staff with a full understanding of residential sales.

We have three staff in the estate agents side of the business two sale negotiators Andrea Croft and Susan Smith, then one valuer/manager Dawn Prest

We currently have 53 properties, all of which are residential sale. On average our properties sell within a three month period and are sales price from £65,000-00 up to £230,000-00.

Fixed price fee's inclusive of an independant solicitor within our building.

We also have costs where solicitors can be chosen by the persons selling or purchasing.
