So if you are looking for any type of mortgage from a first time buyer to next time buyer or from buy to let to re-mortgage, whether your credit rating is good or poor we almost certainly WILL be able to assist you.
We can do 100% mortgages and if that still isn't enough we may in certain circumstances be able to stretch to 125% mortgages.
We can consolidate any personal loans you may have to reduce your monthly outgoings.
In most circumstances we will be able to give you a same day decision in principle.
We can also assist in recommending solicitors to do your conveyancing at competitive rates or you can use your own.
