Our business has developed from referrals from clients who are both UK residents and foreign nationals and range from private estates to the professional landlord. This has enabled us to retain a personal level of service, which we value, and has been the foundation of our growth since 1992.

We let and manage properties of a high standard demanded by our clients and thus will just as easily decline to market a property for letting as we would decline an application by a potential tenant.

Currently we manage in excess of £16,000,000 in assets for clients and also provide a service of property procurement, refurbishment and tax advice related to the lettings market .

Letting Only Fee - Month 1- @ 95% of monthly rent agreed.
Management Fee - 2 weeks month 1 and then from month 2 - 12.5% of monthly rent agreed.
Rent Collection Only - 5% of monthly rent agreed.
