The Property Traders have been operating for a period of two years; we are a property investment sourcing company and supply heavily discounted properties to buyers and investors. We can offer real genuine discounts to our clients because we bulk buy direct from developers negotiating the best discounts which we in turn pass on to our clients. The properties we sell are new build properties, both ready stock units and off plan. Discounts given are between 10% and 20%, which is ideal for an investor wanting instant equity in their property.

We have several agents working for The Property Traders on a self-employed basis. We also have processing staff who deal directly with all of our clients needs.

We also have a referral scheme in place for any individual wanting to be an introducer.

Our properties range from 2 bedroom apartments to 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses. The price range depends on area, typically from between £100,000 to £650.000.

We are NOT estate agents selling at the highest market price for the Seller. We work on behalf of the Buyer finding the best discounts available allowing the buyer to purchase at the lowest price off market.

Our aim is to offer you a simple and safe way to invest in property from the comfort of your home and to allow you to minimise your risk and maximise your return.

We only charge fees where necessary, we do however charge a fee of 2% to clients who wish to go for the no money down deal (this means they can purchase a property with no deposit).
