Our main focus is to make landlords clear of what we have to offer and offering a quick & effective let, therefore costing you no money with mortgage repayments.

Lee Scotney & Nadia Bhatti formed the company late 2005. Both have vast experience within the industry and have recently built their own portfolio of properties. They have a fantastic admin team in place so no stone is left unturned.

Fees:
1) Let only is charged at half of the first month's rental.
2) Property management. We offer 2 contracts 6/12 months for 9% pcm, or a two year contract for 7%.
3) Property furnishing packages start from only £1200.
4) All fees are payable from rental collection.
