We sell by auction residential houses, farms, land and commercial properties.
Clients include Durham County Council and private clients. We have an extensive client base and manage around 150 residential houses plus several farms and estates. We currently have around 100 properties for sale.

The average value varies greatly form £90,000 for terraced houses to £300,000 for houses with land and £750,000 to £1,000,000 for farms.

Our niche market is selling country properties with land. The amount on the market each week varies with the season but averages around 5. Properties are listed on average around 3 months depending on the market.

Our advertising is partly free and partly agreed on a budget where specialist advertising is required. Free, no obligation appraisals are carried out.

Fees are negotiated with each client as unique tailored packages, can be arranged with each individual client.

Homebuyer fees start at £295.00 depending on the type and size of property. Building surveys are more expensive starting at £500 up to around £1000, valuations are based on the purchase price of the property.

Letting fees are normally 10 to 15%, depending on the scale of service.
