We are a local, independent firm, with 20 years experience of property management, specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management. We also handle Commercial Property. Based in Chepstow, we have recently opened an office in Cinderford. As specialists we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of Landlords and Tenants and our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages.

The business is owned by myself, Karen Milton and my sister, Linda is a partner. We have 2 administrative assistants and a consultant. Myself and my sister have over 20 years experience of owning, managing and letting property either for ourselves or others.

We currently have properties in management throughout the Forest of Dean, Chepstow, Newport, and Monmouth. New properties are being sourced and let on a daily basis. On average last year we have secured suitable tenants within 2 weeks of instruction.
We can assist with insurance requirements e.g. buildings, contents and guaranteed rent.

Our initial letting and advertising charge is one half of the first month's rent, and our ongoing management commission is only 10% of monthly rental payments. We make an admin charge of £45 for each renewal of an existing agreement with the same tenant. For our Tenant Find only service, half of one month's rent is payable only. There is also no vat to pay.

We occasionally offer landlords special rates, depending on type and location of property.
