We are a small firm of estate agents established over 30 years ago with main office at Cross Hands and with a large property display area within Carmarthen Town at the Market Precinct. We specialise in the sale of new and established residential properties in South West Wales along the M4 corridor.

We have 2 staff members at our Cross Hands Office as well as the principal and a member of staff at our Carmarthen Display Unit.
Peter Evans is the principal and has the professional qualification of a Polytechnic Associateship in Urban Estate Management. He was a member of the RICS for several years whilst carrying out professional work but has since specialised solely in estate agency work and is no longer a member of the RICS.
Bethan Williams is the main negotiator with the Firm and has been employed for a period of approximately 20 years.
Lowri Jones has recently joined the Firm and Dot Evans is the wife of the principal and works at the Carmarthen Display unit.

We currently have 65 properties for sale. On average properties are sold within a 3 month period of being listed with us. We have properties from £80,000 to £450,000.

Our sale fee is 1% of the negotiated sale price plus VAT and is inclusive of all disbursements.

The principal was a member of the RICS until fairly recently but decided to terminate his membership. He has professional qualifications of Polytechnic Associateship in Urban Estate Management.
