If we are unable to negotiate an estate agent fee reduction of £235 or more, our service is free. If we reduce estate agent fees by £235 exactly, our charge is £35 (no VAT).

If we negotiate reductions of £235 or more, we charge an administration fee of £35 plus 20% of the estate agent commission reduction we have negotiated over and above £235.
