We are an Independent Estate Agent selling all types of residential property in the Shortlands, Bromley, Park Langley, West Wickham, and Hayes areas of the borough of Bromley. We recognise that with today's busy lifestyles it is difficult to arrange a valuation or to view a property within office hours, so we also offer our services outside the usual 9 till 6 threshold by prior appointment.

We have two full-time and two part-time members of staff.

We have a register of approximately 25-30 properties at any given time. Our average selling price is approximately £400,000. The average price of a property in our area is £350000.

We offer fixed fees and all sales are on a "no sale, no fee" basis.
