We are an independent letting and estate agency operating in Brookmans Park offering properties on minimum six-month rentals in and around Brookmans Park, Welham Green, Potters Bar, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Enfield and all surrounding areas. We also offer holiday villas and apartments to rent in Portugal (expanding to Greece, France and Brazil soon) and also sales of property in Portugal and Montenegro.

We currently have, on average, ten properties available to rent at any one time. We are just moving into Sales and as such only have one property for sale at the moment. Rental prices range from £525pcm for a studio to in excess of £3000pcm for large detached houses.

We currently have approximately one hundred villas and apartments to rent with scope for two thousand more through our overseas contacts.

Sales of overseas properties are limited to apartments in the Algarve but there are moves afoot to increase this dramatically and to advance more into the emerging markets including Montenegro.

Our admin fee for tenants is a fixed rate of £65 per tenant which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. The Security Deposit is calculated at six weeks and we take one month's rent in advance.

Our Fees to Landlords are normally equal to three weeks of the monthly rental amount achieved. We do currently charge VAT on any of our fees.

We are not currently members of any association and as we are a young business, we do not currently have any accreditations.
