A personal representative is allocated to Bromley and Bexley, Penge, Sydenham and Anerly, Lewisham and Catford, and soon to be launched - Tonbridge and Sevenoaks.

Each representative will be resposible for giving the landlord 100% customer care.

No need to come to our office. We shall come to you, whatever the requirement.

Between all three branches we have no more than 30 properties on our books at one time.

We take on properties from room share to mansion houses.

We intentionally do not have high street branches and therefore keep our cost base to a minimum. We feel that by translating the savings to our clients gives us the edge on our fees to you. We have built our services around our clients needs; we are therefore available 12 hours every day of the week to suit you.

We have what we believe to be a unique fee offer; we won't charge you a penny in Rental income fees for the first month. This is where we start our commitment to you! We continue this commitment by offering our Full Management fees at 20% below the majority of our competitors; what's more, we offer 6 months' rent guarantee insurance free of charge too.
