We currently manage 150 properties in the local area, we have available approximately 5-10 properties at any one time, most properties will let within a 2-3 week period and our average rental value is around £700 pcm.

Our tenancy application fees are £188.00 inc, if the tenants are sharers then an additional £94.00 inc is payable per tenant.
