We act solely on your behalf as our fee paying client and as such we have no allegiance to any seller or their agent; we are, consequently, totally unbiased.

We are a small team and offer a very personal service with over 40 years experience in Homesearch and Technical aspects of residential property. We know the market and the areas in which we operate, so we are less likely to suggest a purchase in an inappropriate location.
