We have 2 qualified members of Staff, at present. Our director, Andy Odysseos, has over 15 years experience in the field of Lettings and Property Management. Our Accountant, Kathy Bowman, is well-versed in all aspects of Accounting and has been in the profession for over 15 years, as well.

We provide various levels of service, from Full Property Management to Tenant Find Only. We are also pleased to provide Insurances and Guarantee Services as a Premier Plus HomeLet Agent.
Fees:
Our Fees are as follows:
Full Management is: £150.00 set-up fee, which includes all necessary admin and also advertising and then a Monthly Management Fee of 12%, with the minimum of £50.00. Please note, these fees are subject to VAT. (Example: a £500 per calendar month would be £150.00 set-up fee, which would be deducted from the collection of the first month's rent, and the monthly cost would be £60.00 (+ vat)) .
We offer discounted fees for Tenant Find and Tenant Find with Rent Collection.
