9% Property Management is a family run firm located in central Edinburgh. With no shop front we minimise our costs enabling us to pass on these substantial savings to our customers. Using custom-designed computer systems we are able to drive efficiencies keeping our costs low and our reliability high. We currently have six people working for 9% Property Management comprising both full-time staff and part-time staff.

Fees:
We charge a management fee of 9% of the rental value of the property. There is a £95 charge for finding new tenants which includes marketing costs.
