Oaktree (West London) Limited was established in 1991 and is situated in a prime location mid-way between West Acton and Ealing Broadway, covering Ealing, Acton and Surroundings. We also deal with properties in Central London areas. The aim of our company is to offer trouble-free and good quality services to Landlords and Tenants, including sales, lettings, full property management, property search and investment.
Since becoming established we have successfully served many overseas clients in purchasing properties for investment. Due to the property boom and the availability of financial offers from various banks and building societies in UK, we are now serving local investors as well.
We let many properties to major Japanese companies, other corporate tenants and individual professionals.

We have 7 staff in our office dealing with lettings, sales, property management & investment, accounts and admin work.

Situated in a prime location between West Acton and Ealing Broadway, we cover the areas in Ealing, Acton, Park Royal & Greenford with postal codes such as W5, W3, W13, W7, nw10 and UB6. We also deal with properties in Central London areas.

Our admin fee for tenant is currently £65. There is an extra of £25 reference check fee per tenant. Our fees for landlords are very competitive depending on the kind of services required, i.e. letting, management or sales.

With more than 15 years experience in the business, our company is currently in the progress of joining the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA)
