David Brooks has over 30 years of estate agency experience and brings a wealth of knowledge to the business helping our buyers and sellers to make that all important move whatever the market conditions.

We offer full Estate Agency services. Our Exeter office covers Exeter and the surrounding areas and we sell properties typically up to £600,000.

Our fees start at just 0.75% plus VAT for sole agency.
