Direct Mortgages has been established since 1989. We have built up an excellent reputation for conducting business in a professional and efficient manner. We are used to dealing with high net worth clients such as professional footballers and television stars. We offer a unique buying service were the client finds the property and we negotiate with the estate agents the price, arrange the mortgage and solicitors, taking all the stress away from the client.

We have over 40 years of experience in financial services, all staff are qualified in their own fields. We have 2 on-site mortgage brokers with a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage market, they are backed up by an administration team who process the majority of mortgages via the internet. This enables the mortgage to be offered in the minimum time.

We have access to every single lender in the country, our sourcing system provides us with over 20,000 different mortgages to choose from. We have a client base of over 5000 stretching right across the country. We specialise in purchase, remortgage and buy to let. We also have an adverse credit department who will look at each individual case sympathetically.

We only charge a success fee as and when the mortgage completes. A typical fee would be £399 which would be debited to the mortgage on completion. We look at every case individually and treat all clients fairly. We charge no fees for advice.
