We cover a vast range of properties starting with the low properties at around £75,000 to properties around £300,000, average sale price would be around £150,000.
Fees:
We operate a fee structure of 1% + vat. This covers the adverts in the local paper, for sale board and brochures. If a client decides to withdraw their property, we charge £100.00 withdrawal fee (depending on price of property, maximum is £250).
