We have 6 girls working in the main office and another 8 estate agents to back up our service to the customer.

We currently have approx 50 properties. On average, properties are sold within 12 weeks of being listed by us. We have properties between £50-£300,000.

Our fees are always a percentage of what the client sells their home for. Please remember that our estate agents do not get paid until the customer has actually moved home. The benefit is the estate agent wants to sell for as much as possible, as the more the client gets the more the agent gets.

All the staff have passed their PMA and the office has ongoing training (you are never too old to learn) and is registered with the NAEA.
