Sales are 40% and rentals 60%. On average, properties are sold within 8-12 weeks of being listed with us. We have properties between £120,000 to £1,000,000.
Fees:
Our admin fee is a fixed rate per tenant which includes all admin work, contracts, credit checks, references etc. Deposit is dependent on the property but usually is one month and a month's rent is requested in advance before moving in.
