Sale: 2% of the sale price achieved. Payable on completion.
Fees quoted are generalisation, and vary on the type of agency agreed, whether it is sole agency, or multiple agency, or the size of client and relationship we have with any particular client. For example for a long-standing client the fees can be subject to negotiation.
