Albion Homefinders is a property search and relocation company based near Ilkley, West Yorkshire, and operating throughout the Yorkshire area, particularly the area between Leeds, York and Harrogate, and throughout the Yorkshire Dales.

Albion Homefinders is run and managed by a husband and wife team. We are members of the Association of Relocation Providers.

We offer property search and related relocation services to private and corporate clients seeking property to buy or rent throughout Yorkshire.

At present we deal mainly with private cllients but we are actively seeking partnership arrangements with corporate clients - generous discounts are offered for regular referrals.

We operate at all levels of the property market, but find most of our clients are looking at the middle to higher end of the market from £300,000 - £750,000. Most are looking for period and character property.

Details of our fees package are set out on our website. We are happy to quote individually to meet your specific needs, but our general starting point for a private client looking to buy a property is a £250 registration fee, and a finder's fee of 1% of the property purchase price. This would include all advice, price negotiation, liaison with agents and vendors.
