We are a low cost operator and do not charge commission, administration or arrangement fees. We have a wealth of experience in the property rental market and can usually match tenants to properties very quickly. We handle enquiries from prospective tenants daily from around the world.

Option 1:
Rents paid are all inclusive and provide tenants with:
- Gas, electricity and water (with agreed limits per month)
- Council Tax and TV license
- TV, cookers, fridge freezer and use of washing machine
- Furnishings, bed and bedding
- Use of facilities.
Typical rents are £55-70 per person per week
Option 2:
We also provide unfurnished houses if a tenant wishes to pay their own utility bills and furnish the property themselves. A range of homes are available. Please contact us for further information.
In all cases, proof of identity and deposits are required.
We manage a large portfolio of properties in South Lincolnshire. Here is list of the type of things we do:
We provide you with an Assured Shorthold Tenancy FREE of charge.
We offer FREE rental appraisals, if you are interested in the 'buy to let' market or property investment.
We do no charge commission or take fees from property owners.
We vet tenants and in many cases will GUARANTEE rents, even when the property is vacant.
We rent out furnished, unfurnished and part furnished property.
We offer contract terms (6 months minimum) or flexible arrangements. Contact us for more information.
We take on properties from owners who are moving away from the area or going overseas
We take on single properties or entire portfolios
We collect and pay rents on time directly into you bank account every month.
We will actively MANAGE your property to ensure that it is being looked after by the tenant.
