Staff:
We have a total of five staff. Two are working on part-time/need-to-need basis, whilst the rest are full time staff.
Kenny Ola, BA (Hons), MSc - Director and branch manager; Kenny has worked implementing IT projects in differing industries before making a career change three years ago. Although, Kenny has worked on a part-time basis in the property industry for five years before making a full-time commitment two years ago. Kenny has managed the branch excellently for those two years.
Ms Yemi Felix - ba (Hons) MSc - Graduate Surveyor; Ms Felix obtained her MSc in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School, City University, London and works mainly in sales and property valuation.
Adam Sher - Lettings negotiator.

Fees:
Our admin fee is fixed £50.00 per tenant which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. Deposit is dependent on the property but between four weeks and a month's rent is requested before moving in.
Memberships / Accreditations:
We are currently working on becoming members of the NAEA, ARLA and the OEA.
