There are three members of staff in addition to the owner of the company.
An accommodation manager who deals with all the prospective tenants, viewings and administration of the tenancies and who is also a point of contact for existing tenants.
A housekeeper who deals with all the cleaning and maintenance of the properties and also looks after many inhouse matters.
A book-keeper who deals with all the accounts.

We have 15 shared houses in Macclesfield, ranging in price from £320 to £450 pcm including all bills, council tax, Sky, broadband and cleaner.
Fees:
There is an administration fee of £70 plus a tenant verifier check of £27.50.
Memberships / Accreditations:
We are members of the National Landlords Association and our houses that are classed as Houses in Multiple Occupancy all have a license approved by the local authority valid for five years.
