The Company was established in its current form in 2002 when our Senior Mortgage Consultant, having been in the industry for over 10 years, decided it was time to 'go it alone'.

Our friendly staff are available to take your call 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
We don't believe in call centres (either based in the UK or overseas) as we feel that you would rather speak to an individual. Therefore when you ring us, you will either be talking to one of our qualified advisors, the Office Manager or one of our case progressers.
All Appointments are strictly by prior arrangement due to our busy appointment schedule.

We offer advice to clients all over the United Kingdom, although we only have advisors available in London & The South East who are able to visit you at home or work.
Fees:
We do not charge for our initial consultation, and any fee we do charge only becomes payable on completion.
Where we charge you a fee, we will also receive commission on completion of the mortgage from the Lender.
Our Typical Fee is £250 and the most we charge is £500 for cases involving more work (such as Self-Cert or Adverse Credit).
Larger size mortgages may qualify for our no fee service. Please enquire for further details.
