Collingwoods Limited is an independent company acting for a select number of non-conflicting clients at any one time. We will search for properties within any price range, although generally our clients are professionals, executives and high profile individuals who are looking to buy or rent at the higher end of the market.

Collingwoods Limited take on both private and corporate clients but limit the number of these to ensure that each search gets the individual attention it deserves. We will also never take on clients with similar search requirements to ensure that we have no conflict of interests.

An initial registration fee is payable upon instruction. This fee is deducted from our final invoice but is unfortunately not refundable under any other circumstances. This fee covers registration with Collingwoods Ltd for one year.
