PROFESSIONAL: Party Walls, Delapidations, Boundary Disputes, Contract Dispute Resolution.

We are currently employing six staff of which 3 are professionally qualified, a Chartered Town Planner and a trainee currently pursuing qualification with the RICS.

- delapidations
- fire risk assessments
- asbestos surveys.

In addition, we offer a range of management services and are specialists in the fields of health and safety
management and party walls.

We work with clients in the private, commercial, public and voluntary sectors.

Fees are based on an hourly rate, a fixed fee or on a percentage basis depending on the type of work. Please call to discuss.
