Our Adminstration team deals with making sure all necessary paperwork, advertising and general administration are completed to a high standard and with the upmost efficiency.
Our Negotiators deal with all aspects of the Sales and Lettings process. They aim to be the principal contact for our clients from 'Conception through to Completion'.
At Completion Sales & Lettings Ltd we understand the time constraints that our clients suffer from. In order to make the process more accessible for our clients our Negotiators strive to be available from 9:30am through to 9:00pm Monday to Thursday and all day Friday and Saturday.

Landlord: Three services provided: Let only, Let and Rent Collection, and Full Property Management.
Tenants: One Month Rent in advance, One Month Rent as Deposit plus an administration fee.

Vendor: Sole or Multiple agency agreements.
