We source good buy-to-let properties in areas that we invest in ourselves. The properties we find are affordable and offer very good rental returns. The areas we find them in have high rental demand. We will find your properties, negotiate the purchase and manage the purchase through to completion, find you a tenant for your property and manage the tenancy.

Our investment property source fees start at £500 per property. Our tenant finding service is a flat £195 and our tenancy management service is 10% of annual rental income. We charge tenants an admin fee of just £25 to cover cost of credit checks.
