We normally let all properties within 4 weeks of receiving the instruction to let.
We always have a selection of 40-50 properties per month for tenants to rent.
We manage all types of properties ranging from £300 pcm to £3000 pcm +.
We offer a number of management and tenant find options for Landlords to choose from, plus help and advice for new Landlords.

We charge 8% pcm for full managed properties (plus tenant find fee).
We can offer our basic tenant find service for 50% of one month's rent.
Our fees are only payable when we locate a suitable tenant, we offer a no let no fee policy.
