Upon registering for our services a non-refundable expenses deposit is payable in advance. This covers our cost of research and viewings and is redeemable against the final success fee.

It guarantees a three-month search period, within which time we would expect to have found a suitable property for our clients.

Our expenses deposit is £500.00 (payable in advance) and is redeemable against the success fee.

A Success Fee of 1% of the total purchase price will be payable upon completion.
