Established in Sawbridgeworth in 1947, Forebury Estates has many years of experience of letting properties in our local area.
We are a family business in its third generation and all properties offered to let are owned by Forebury Estates. This provides tenants with a personal service and continuity in letting arrangements. A good number of our tenancies are long-standing but we do offer terms as short as a year.

The properties are managed by an office staff of five, plus our own team of experienced and trustworthy craftsmen, who will see to any necessary repairs.

We have a wide range of both residential and commercial property from refurbished period properties through to brand new buildings. The residential properties are based mainly in Sawbridgeworth, whereas we have shops and offices in Bishop's Stortford and Saffron Walden, as well as Sawbridgeworth.
Fees:
For residential letting there is a contribution of £120+VAT towards the legal costs involved in the preparation of the Tenancy Agreement, plus the charge made by the bank for a reference (usually £10).
