All the services that we provide are intended to utilise our knowledge of property standards. We ensure the tenants adhere to their occupancy agreements sustaining those standards.

General inspections - these can be internal and external, highlighting any maintenance issues including damage by neglect. Checklists will indicate wear and tear by tenants and the standards they adopt. Potential faults can be determined early, before they become a problem, saving time and cost.

Dilapidations - linked to an inventory, we will attend a property to determine the extent of works/replacements required at any given time as instructed.

Inventory - we can provide a schedule of all fixtures and fittings and their condition on both commencement and cessation of a tenancy linked to a Tenancy Agreement as appropriate.

Check In/Check Out

For each type of instruction you will receive a copy of the report for every property inspected along with any evidence/pictures to support our findings.

We will also keep a tenant database with all relevant pictures/ information / schedules and correspondence.

It is recommended as with most tenancy agreements that checks are made every 6 months and therefore should you chose to use this service, our database will inform us as and when your properties are due for re-inspection.

As part of our services we will make comment on general fire safety and functionality of smoke alarms at no extra cost.

We have a database that provides schedules for inspection and other purposes.

All prices are variable as to the amount of properties we take on from an agent/landlord.
