Staff:
We have an enthusiastic team based at our town centre office, we are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturdays.

We have a good selection of properties available, ranging from one bedroom flats up to large family homes. We are currently seeking new properties for our list of waiting tenants.
Fees:
We provide three services to our landlords: full management, part management, or tenant find only.
All applicants for properties are charged a nominal fee for references and credit searches to be carried out on their behalf. Deposits due are normally equivalent to one month's rent and are payable prior to the tenancy commencing, as is the first month's rent.
