Moving house can be a stressful enough experience, so to eleviate this stress, save time and further inconvenience for tenants or homeowners, we offer a thorough, efficient cleaning service right through their property.
We carry out the following:
Cleaning of windows (inside and out) including sills and frames.
Cleaning of the kitchen area, with particular attention to the oven front, hobs and hoods*, taps, washing down of cupboards (inside and out) and paintwork.
Cleaning of all bathroom and toilet areas, including paintwork and air freshening.
Hoovering and mopping of all floors, polishing of wood floors and tiles.
Washing down of all paintwork and doors.
(*this does not include the internal cleaning of the oven)
Taking advantage of our service gives our customers time and the confidence that they are either leaving their property in good order for the next tenants/owners or presenting their property in superb condition prior to valuations or viewings.

Fees:
We charge an hourly rate of 30 pounds.
