Meadway Estates opened its first Office on the corner of The Meadway, Southgate, in February 1981 and is now one of the oldest independent agents in the area. Since this time the company has expanded with branches in Cockfosters, Oakwood and Winchmore Hill, allowing its four office network to offer a comprehensive coverage of the local areas:
Hadley Wood, Cockfosters, New Barnet, East Barnet, Southgate, Oakwood, Winchmore Hill, Grange Park, New Southgate, Friern Barnet, Palmers Green, Enfield and Western Enfield.

In the year 2000 Meadway Estates was invited to join TEAM, an organisation of over 560 independent computer linked estate agents nationwide, that multi list their properties on a computer database which they all share. In the North London and Hertfordshire consortium there are forty other TEAM Members which effectively means that Meadway Estates has the ability to offer properties for sale to a very large number of potential purchasers throughout this network as well as being able to offer a very wide variety of properties to its own applicants. Over and above its ability to sell property is Meadway Estates strong belief in customer service. To that end a quality control system is in place to make sure that both vendors and purchasers alike receive the best possible service from Meadway Estates' staff.

Fees:
As is the norm within the residential sales industry, Meadway Estates operate on a no sale, no fee basis. Our fees are charged on a percentage of the sale price. We are very aware of our competitors rates and always ensure that our charges are competitive.
