We currently offer properties for rent and for sale. We have 80% for let and 20% for sale. On average, our properties are sold with in 6 weeks of being listed by us. We have properties between £120k and half million for sale.

Rental properties: Flats, studios and houses; available prices ranging from £675 to £2000 per calendar month.

Our admin fee is a fixed rate of £150 per tenant which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. Deposit is dependent on the property, but usually one month's deposit and one month's rent in advance.
