TLC Properties is an independent family run business, managing a select portfolio of properties in the Sheffield area. A family business offering the personal touch, we offer excellent levels of service to our landlords and tenants. As members of the Residential Landlords Association, we apply industry best practice to all our residential lettings and property management work.
Staff:
We are Ian and Maria Goodwin - a partnership established in October 2006 - although we've been married for a lot longer, so we know how to work together. Ian has a background in the Civil Service and teaching, is passionate about the regeneration of Sheffield and is working full time on the business. Maria works around three days a week for TLC at present. From time to time we draw on trusted associates to help us run our business.

Fees:
Prices on application and as we keep our turnover below the VAT threshold, you will find we are competitive. We use the Deposit Protection Service and always take a deposit of more than a month's rent from tenants.
