We are Ian and Maria Goodwin - a partnership established in October 2006 - although we've been married for a lot longer, so we know how to work together. Ian has a background in the Civil Service and teaching, is passionate about the regeneration of Sheffield and is working full time on the business. Maria works around three days a week for TLC at present.
