We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors formed in 2005 by 3 well known Chartered Surveyors with a total of over 80 years experience. We provide a full range of surveying services in the Commercial Field including agency, management, valuations, Investment, Development, Rating and Rent Reviews. As consultants of Wolton Chartered Surveyors we carry out mortgage and homebuyers reports and valuations and through our building surveying department can also carry out structural and building surveys. We provide advice on Council Tax valuations.
Our building surveying department can in addition provide schedules of condition and dilapidation as well as act as planning consultantsand project managers. We also can provide architectural services includin design and build, new build and alterations.

It is difficult to be specific with regard to fees as they are based on various scales but are competitive.
Memberships / Accreditations:
With the exception of Lloyd Craig all of our surveyors are full members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Lloyd Craig holds a degree in Building Surveying from Robert Gordon University.
