World Homes will provide our clients with the benefit of our experience to search the listings of our agent partners in many countries overseas to find a portfolio of suitable properties for them to view.

Formed in 2000 we opened our office in the Country Properties office in Baldock, Herts, in 2004 and now operate in over 20 countries worldwide.

We manage the clients introduced by Estate Agents through their 35 offices in the South East of England. Our small, experienced team can give professional advice to clients, treating them all as individuals with requirements that are particular to them.

World Homes do not list properties on our books but have a network of trusted partners in all of the main countries abroad that are popular with UK buyers. In that way we can use the specialist knowledge of our agents to provide advice on all matters associated with buying abroad. We can also help with mortgages, currency transfer, removals, furnishings and even language training for customers buying abroad.

We do not charge for our services as our income is derived from commission sharing arrangements with our overseas agents when our clients buy.
Our customers appreciate the extra local support that we provide in the UK and we will help them at all stages of the buying process.

World Homes are not members of any associations but our Estate Agent introducers in the UK and agents abroad are generally members of their national professional bodies.
