Our Residential sales business encompasses developement property and we often hold tenders and auctions. We usually have around 80 clients at any one time.

The property we deal with is extremely varied. From studio flats to million pound mansions at Sandbanks. Our average sale price is close to £500,000 which would be a three or four bedroom house in the Lower Parkstone (Poole, Dorset) area.
