Based in Beaconsfield but actually active all over the UK. We deal with commercial property - letting, selling, acquiring shops, offices and industrial. We also deal with investment property and we manage property for investor clients.

Rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations are dealt with for tenants and for landlords.

Both directors, Dan Collins and Philip Marsh are chartered surveyors. Other staff are experienced in their field of expertise and/or are training to qualify as chartered surveyors. We are recruiting new people and expect to have 6 professional staff plus admin staff during 2007.

Generally based on incentives and largely payable on results. Cosultancy work carried out on an hourly rate basis or agreed fixed fees.
